We believe in protecting the rights of an unborn child. With the number of abortions at 40 million a year around the world, PCEFC wishes to minister to women considering abortion and meeting the needs for an unwanted baby.

Prayer

Our prayer is that one day abortion will be thought of the same way slavery is today in our culture. We pray that one day we will be grieved with what is allowed to take place in our country in the name of "choice."

Pregnancy Resource Center

The Pregnancy Resource Center of Pine City is a non-profit organization developed for the purpose of providing Christ-centered, personal and practical assistance to those who face a pregnancy that demands crucial decisions. The intent of the Center is to take positive action to protect the sanctity of human life by making information, counseling and practical assistance available in an atmosphere of Christian love.

Our church supports this ministry with time and money. If you are in need of family counseling, please go to their website or contact them.

Adoption

James sums up the living out of the Christian faith with these words: "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." We believe that one way to help stop abortion is to adopt unwanted children. While not everyone is called to this task, we encourage people to prayerfully consider this option.
